Congrats to four new ERCA-Certified Adventure Park Trainers

For the very first time a Train-the-Trainer assessment took place outside of continental Europe. The desert surrounding in the United Arab Emirates with its climate was a new thing to cope with for running an assessment. However, all candidates, Jim as master trainer as well as Angela as training coordinator managed their tasks very well. It is a pleasure for us to welcome Alejandro, Fahad, Mohamed and Nicolas in the group of ERCA-certified trainers. Congratulations to all of you.

Growing the team of ERCA-certified trainers allows to establish our well-tried training and high quality standards in additional regions. It's good to see how professional the operation and training procedures were set-up already as well as in-line with the existing ERCA training syllabus and corresponding standards. But this did not come about by chance: it is a result of long-time efforts the ERCA-certified training bodies invested to share knowledge and skills in their trainings worldwide. Thank you for multiplying best-practices towards safe and secure ropes course operations.

In addition to the assessment, the audit procedure was started with RAK Leisure for them to become an ERCA-certified training body. May all go well in order to welcome them soon as an ERCA-certified training body in the Middle East.
