Public Release of the New ERCA Training Syllabus

We would like to raise everybody’s awareness to the public release of the revised version (July 2022) of the ERCA training syllabus. The full document is now publicly available. This syllabus provides information for training on permanent and temporary ropes courses. The syllabus describes course aims and objectives, content, methods of teaching, course duration, as well as assessment criteria. Mobile ropes courses are not covered within the current syllabus.

Description

As you know, your trainer certificate expires 3 years after the issue date. To prevent expiration you should renew your certificate with attendance in a 1-day CPD workshop. The duration is 1 day (09:00 - ca. 17:00) and the workshops will contain lessons prepared by a master trainer AND the attending trainers. No practical nor theoretical assessment will be performed. For covering the cost we will charge a participation fee of EUR 133.00 + 19% German VAT. The minimum number of participants is 4 people.
